The development will feature two residential towers offering a combination of Independent Living Units (ILU) and Assisted Living Units (ALU), supported by healthcare and social facilities.

The project will also include commercial spaces, a multi-level parking podium, and community areas designed to support active and convenient senior lifestyles within SA Sentral. Construction is expected to begin in 2027 with completion targeted in 2031.
